man am I soory for you. I worked that shit for a while. My suggestion, get out! Hell yeah it will effect you. It will effect you in so m,any ways that I would get tired of typing. In short, human beings are not supposed to be totally nocturnal. You will never totally adjust. Even if you sleep the recommended number of hours, it is not the same. I recently read a medical study stating all the effects of night shift. It was truly unreal. Have you noticed yourself being more depressed and tired? If not, just wait. Sunshine effects depression and metabolism according to this study. It even effected things such as heart rate and blood pressure do the lack of rim sleep. I may get slammed for not backing this up the study but I am just too damn tired.
Just find somewhere else to work before it effects your health and personal life.
