I'm back thanks for the concern.

I have been sick recently just got better and then I slipped and fell on the sidewalk the other night and sprained my fucking ankle and banged up my wrist(cant even jerk off now dammit)

That and finishing up my fiscal year in a couple weeks have taken up alot of my time.

I think we can safely blame my current situation on Muscletech.
