anyone have phobias?

Mines not so much of a phobia, like a fear of Heights or something, but what really gets me is spiders. I hate those bastards. All those legs moving real fast and shit, I think it's the quickness of how fast their legs moves is what really gets me. I can’t even stand those big mosquito eater bugs with the long ass legs, their like daddy long legs but freak me out even more because those fuckers are air born. Oh yeah, I hate snakes as well, it’s like one giant leg that wiggles around and tries to byte you. Weird shit, anyone else?
 
not off the top of my head no. being the center of attention in a huge crowd might be the closest one. i dont mind spiders though. i pick them up with a tissue and set them outside whenever i see them in my house. live and let live :)
 
although i do have OCD in washing my hands constantly. not because of germs though. i just like keeping my hands clean

Germophobia is the fear of germs. Bacilophobia is the fear of microbes and bacteria. Batrachophobia is the fear of amphians, such as frogs, newts, salamanders, etc.
 
same way at work, i wash my hands like 50 times a day trying to keep them clean

I use to be really bad. Within the last year or two I have gotten a little better. However I still think about it often and it does get in the way of certain things.

youre in trouble. look where your hands are at. do you have any idea how much germs and bacteria collect on breasts?
 
Nvr, interesting.

Anyway I have a phobia of spiders. Terrified of them. The wierd thing is, I've been bitten by the two dangerous varities in north america (black widow and brown recluse), survived and yet they still terrify me.

actually, one would say that your phobia was a result from being biten not a cure
 
DJ, very true. I developed the fear after being bitten by the brown recluse. My calf turned black and I had to have about an inch of tissue removed. I don't have a scare though. The black widow wasn't that bad. I was sick for 2 days, but nothing like the brown recluse.

there you go. im terrified of scorpions for some reason. and deep water- i refuse to be in anything deeper than 3 feet. i almost drowned once
 
OH I'M NOT SCARED OF SPIDERS, THEY JUST GIVE ME THE CREEPS...BUT YEAH, I'M SCARED OF ANY ANIMAL THAT CAN KILL ME, SHARKS SCARE THE SHIT OUT OF ME.

I have foolophobia. Im scared of stupid folks.

fear of FALLING DOWN ( always picture myself falling flat on my face on the pavement as im walking weird i know)

fear of SNAKES!!!! omg i have recurring nightmares

fear of MICE!!! ewwww

fear of PLANES AND CARS CRASHING (not into each other) i haev recurring nightmares that im on thne ground and a plane comes crashing down right in front of me and i see the horrible wreckage and all the dead bodies - same with car crashes

HELP ME lol

I don't thnk that's real. The teeth are too, like ... not shark-like.

They also have up to 3000 teeth, arranged in several rows.

As for my phobias ... none really.
 
I have a terrible fear of being trapped in small spaces or pinned down without being able to get out....

I have had it since I was a kid....I get so frightened I can't breathe.

It kind of blows my chances at being an Pro-Wrestler.....:)

She is basiphobic. Her fear of snakes makes her ophidiophobic or snakephobic. She is also musophobic.

You are celibophobic.

I use to be extrremely germophobic and bacillophobic. I have gotten a bit better the last year or two. I still wash my hands jus about every five minutes. I also don't touch certain things. I use to never eat any anyone's house, wear gloves whne typing, and do other crazy things.

I am still very much batrachophobic.

Acrophobia........fear of heights. I can do fine if the place is glassed-in, but if you're dealing w/ like a high observation deck, where the only thing between you and being a puddle of various organs and liquids on the floor is a small steel rail.......then I get really freaked out. Forget about going near the edge of a cliff...
