Anyone have any links to IGF info?

I am considering this as a part of my PCT and want some credible articles to read to find out when i would start the IGF, dosage, duration, and diet strategies while using it.

Any info would be great, I am trying to educate myself before I get some.

Be certain your using LR3IGF1 and not just regular IGF.

Shoot me a secure email, I'll send you a couple of informational doc's I put together during IGF research last year...pretty simple stuff, it's good during pct to help keep mass and such, but dont get fooled into thinking it helps with HPTA kick starts or anything that deep. I have done extensive research on IGF-1 LR3 in the past, much of it with assistance of a body building doctor :)

some of that info in basskiller's link is a bit outdated... for instance you can buy stable igf prediluted now (in AA)

And most of the dosing that i have heard is every other day or even every 3rd day

you cant do it EOD,much less every 3rd, half life of IGF-1 in the body is like 10 minutes, you'll never raise blood levels to a stable level by shooting EOD, to take it even further, you need to inject 2-3 times PER DAY.

i agree that some of the info is "outdated" but to my knowledge (correct me if im wrong) there is no proven way to take or cyclye IGF, some people get great results taking it 3 times a week spit 4 times at x dose, some people get great results taking it all at once ed at y dose

That is correct for IGF, not LR3... also, blood levels have nothing to do with it

YOu want the IGF receptors in the muscle you are shooting it to uptake the product.... blood levels are BAD that means the IGF is binding to intestinal receptors... HELOO distended gut

Sounds like you have to inject it 6 times and hour 24 hours a day

24x6=144 times a day if you want to be really stable w/ blood level. that might be a tad to much though.

I dont mean to break up the party, but I was justing lookin over some of my old threads today and somoene said that IGF-1 can cause heart disease... here is the thread... http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/showthread.php?t=449117

just looking out for bros

over the course of the cycle the blood levels do elevate, we did blood testing prior to cycle, mid cycle and end of cycle a few cycles in a row while experimenting, a friend did much of it in a hospital lab with controlled environments, we didn't do it in an "amatuer" manner, but everyone can think what they want, just trying to help dispell some of these untruths with pure experience, and lab results

None outlined by the FDA, no. But the FDA is taking control and making it a controlled substance. Myself and the others involved did the most intense in vestigation I am aware of, on how it affects in a pure body building sense, not for the medical purposes in which it will be intended for once the fda declares it controlled which is in the works as we speak.

Not quite bro, twice a day would be plenty for our purposes

From what I have been gathering, isn't most effective to inject the muscle group that you just trained after training is complete? Also I have been reading that a dose of 40-100mcg ed the target range.

yes, in the simplest terms that would be perfect...

personally (im 185lbs) i wouldnt go over 60mcg... probably will stay closer to the 40mcg mark...
