I just got some...about to start a cycle anyone lose alot of fat using it? How much? Could you notice it throughout the cycle, or did it take a couple days afterwards to notice it?

I prefer shorter more intense cycles of dnp like 5-10 days at higher dosages. Since this is your first time try 200 for 7days then 300 for 7 additional days to break yourself in.

Stay hydrated, drink V8 or store brand equivalent. increase antioxidant usage during cycle.

it works well for me.

Im doing a 20 day cycle, 200 for 10 days, 300 for 10 days...How well has it worked for you how much fat did you lose?

lol I almost started DNP because I wanted to lose down to 10% before the next cycle, it's not worth it though!!

The sides can be extremely uncomfortable, depending on how you react. You are not going to feel good on DNP. It will significantly raise your body temp. Imagine having a constant fever. I would start off @ one cap until you know how your body is going to tolerate the drug. Some people need high doses to respond, while others need very little. Be very careful with this stuff. If you over do it, it can kill you.

BTW. . . as to how much fat will you lose. Up to 1/2 lb. per day.

since u already decided u are goin to use it .. i advise against a 20 day cycle .. i did a 24 day cycle and started to feel very sick about day 17 or 18.. then again i went up to 750 a day .. so maybe with lower doses it will be tolerable

How much weight have all you guys lost on this? How much did you work out, less? more? same? How much did you change your diet?

yea, it is a great drug that will increase your core temp---often to the point that the next thing it causes is you to assume room temp...perm. :worried:
