1) open bottle
2) measure dosage 1 ML (1 full dropper) = 2.5mgs (use a syringe so it's accurate)
3) mix with juice
4) drink it down

Depends, half a Ml. or a whole ML.
I use Whole Ml for gyno issues.

so the mg for liquidex, liuiclom, liquinolva. are all the same as if you were taking the pill form. i mean you would take the same mg dose as you would the pill form??? just asking b/c i used to use pill this cycle i am using ag-guys and i am about to order

Dosages for the liquid are the same, but the nice thing about the liquid is that you can "customize" your dosage a little- unlike a pill. I go a little over on the Liquidex because I am prone to gyno. The liquid allows you to do that, up or down, easily. It's excellent.
And as Itlnstln says "It's smoooooth"
