Anyone have a good recipe for a brown rice and tuna dish?

When I mix tuna and brown rice I usually add some of these following ingredients:

Salsa
Tabasco Sauce
Seasoning Salt
Fat-Free Mayo w/ Relish

The Salsa is my favorite because it keeps the Tuna and Rice from not being so dry.

I love tuna and rice. It's a great combo and it will get you ripped. Great stuff. Tyler

whoa - this is what I've been eating for the past week... well, okay, two days. but still... it's what I eat and protein shakes... and pints of ben and jerry's on the weekends.
anyway - 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup mixed veggies, one can tuna.
I have two or three of those a day and then protein shakes and at breakfast I'll vary what I have from either grapefruit and rice cakes with penut butter, or egg whites and oatmeal (I'm gross and I mix them in the microwave - easier to eat - how do YOU spell lazy?).

I bought some salsa with garlic just for that - the main problem is that most salsas that taste good have sugar in them.
bitches.

I personally can't stand mayo. never really liked it all that much and then I saw how it was made and never have had it since.

Here is what I decided on and its pretty good:

2 cups brown rice
3 cups water

(boil for 30 min and let rice cool)

4 tbsp high lignan flax
6 tbsp fat free mayo
4 cans of tuna, drained
4 tbsp dill relish

Eating it now while its warm and its pretty fucking good. Next time i'll add some chicken stock while cooking the rice for more flavor, though.

sounds good excep tmy rice doesn't take that long :)

I just made two meals for tomorrow and each one was a cup of brown rice, a can of tuna, and a cup of mixed veggies and this time I remembered to put the salasa with garlic in. I love that salsa.
