Haha, the last guy said it was mild. I'll actually probably add 150mg of prop/wk too.

It all depends what your goals are. If you want to cut, run the primo at 600 per week with a small test base, tren, and/or winny. If you're just looking for a mild anabolic to use instead of eq or deca, then i'd go 600-800 per week primo with say 750 of test. You can kick start with an oral like dbol, but if you're looking to be easy on your system (i.e. no orals) kickstart with 4 weeks of test prop.

FWIW here was my last pre-contest cycle (don't try this at home):

tren ace 100 mg ED week 5-12
masteron 100 mg ED weeks 1-12
test prop 100 mg ED weeks 1-8
winstrol 100 mg ED weeks 5-12
halo 40 mg ED weeks 7-12
