broken blood vessals in their shoulders when they do hack squarts or standing calf raises? after my workouts my shoulders look like they had a knife taken to them. i tried putting a towel bewteen the pad and my shirt, but i still get them. the pad just ripps the fuck out of me

Yeah, its not going to stop unless you use lighter weight. They go away so its really not a big deal after while. So just get use to it...I had too.

The heavier the weight the worst its going to get.
 
i get em on hacks and calf raises. get a little red when i do regular squats, i guess the shoulder pads on the machines are worse than having a metal bar across my shoulders. ah well, more incentive to squat under the bar i guess. :D
