Bodybuilding is an art. It takes time, dedication, persistance, and determination!!!! With out any of that you will go nowhere. First off yest pro bodybuilders use the gear and yes if you want to compete with the big boys you'll have to become one of the big boys and that means take gear. But that still doesn't mean you don't need the heart or the list above cause you do and that is what makes them uniques from the average person who walks in the gym to through some weights around and look at the women.
