My uncle is going through some shit with his wife, and he was wondering.... If SHE files for divorce from him can he be with other women without it being considered adultery?

I think yes he can, and she also has a restraining order on him to where he can't be 1000 ft. From her so if she "video tapes" and takes "pictures" of people going in and out of his house is that not violating the restraining order? Thanks!

I dont see how any of that is specific to each state. If she files, she files and he can go fuck around with whomever and why would she care at that point?

I live about 39 min from the border, ok side. Until the divorce is actually finalized it is considered adultery. In the courts it wont hold up because they are legally separated. Plus the restraining order comes into effect. So IMO he's good to go.

in Ct it was considered adultery...I blatantly started screwin someone two weeks after I was served

the judge threw it out tho...said if he was so concerned with me sleepin with someone else he shouldn't of filed for divorce


course...maybe the whole thing was sexist..idk...and my ex broke pretty much every automatic order there was
