My little brother used it for a decent period of time. He seemed to like it, tasted good also.

ive used it for about a year now its very good stuff, works great and tasted good too...vanilla is my favorite flavor

Its just Dextrose/Protein/Fat all mixed together. The thing that worried me when using it was mixing fat and carbs and really messing up my insuilin sensitivity.

That being said, I used ALA with it and liked it.
