I am right now. The damn bowl must take an hour and a half to get through. It doesn't taste bad (doesn't have much of a taste at all), it just takes so long to consume each bite.
But it seems extremely healthy if you check out the ingredients. I'm trying to better my diet, and stick to "better" carbs such as grains, nuts, vegetables and red or sweet potatoes. I'm canning the white bread, and even most wheat products. I'm going to reduce my sugar dramatically as well. I am realistic, knowing that I'll cheat once in awhile, but that doesn't mean there can't be a serious improvement.
