I eat for FUNCTION.....not TASTE..... Had some sashimi tuna yesterday and damn good with a little lite soy sauce. As far as the canned tuna, i'll eat it as quick as possible and not chew as much, but down the sandwich in 4 bites....

Has anyone had chicken in a can? I switched to that from tuna. The cans are a little bigger 5 servings- 13grams each=65 grams/protein per can. It tastes a lot better than tuna I think.

I get mine from Costco. I think the Kirkland brand.
