Anyone Ever Have Morbid Dreams?

I dont know if you've seen some of my threads but, my dad has cancer. When I found out about a year ago I started to get some really morbid wierd ass dreams. Three really stuck out........

One- I was at a party and a friend of mine had asked me to drive, I was drunk as hell. Dream took place by some dirt roads and as i was driving, I hit and killed some people biking on the road, went back to the party and i was arrested.......

Two- Really short dream again i was in a car, parked and had begun to reverse out when i hit a little girl she was about 3 or so. She died in my arms as i was crying.........

Three- This one just happened, Give you some back ground on why i think this one came, due to recent events with my dad my mom and i had some discussions about when he passes. Shes unsure what shes gonna do...... along time ago she told me she was thinking about commiting suicide....but yeah ....in my dream there was this sword my mom had and she swung it around as i was standing by her watching and she chopped her own head off. Blood was everywhere all over me..........

I dont get a lot of morbid dreams but i just wanna know if anyone else has suffered from nightmares...... what you think about the causes.....if youve ever had anything worse than those.....

I go through phases of blank dead dreamless sleep and then I'll go through a period of having very vivid real experiences whilst sleeping, waking up soaked with sweat etc.

I feel that the vivid dream stage is directly related to how much pressure I'm under at that time.

i used to have those "want to fight/run but cant" dreams when i was in uni, but since leaving, they have given way to the ones where i beat the shit out of everyone and accidentally punch through their heads, killing them, and then trying to stick their heads back together before i get in trouble variety

I used to dream of getting crushed by lots of boulders, but now I program my dream-omatic before I go to sleepytime, and I either dream of winning the lottery, or being in Jr. High again and banging all of the hawt girlies....

I get those from time to time.

A couple other "morbid" ones I've had include me stabbing my friend through the temple with a hunting knife, and one where I put a pistol to my head and pull the trigger.

i am still haunted by that awful dream that i was a sumo wrestler sitting on the toilet......it was scary as crap


plus i used to have them about vampires for some reason, and even in the dead of summer id cover my neck

I have dreams about getting killed. Some of them I am shot, some I am stabbed, I fell off a tall building once. I alwyas wake up when the bullet hits or I hit the ground etc. Anyone know how to decifire dreams?

Fuck, I get them while awake.

I daydream in morbid fashion.

Ever been chatting with someone and for no reason at all the idea of splitting their head in two with a hatchet enters your mind? Fresh with what it would look like, how much blood you'd get on you. The look on their face a split second before hand.

I am with the oak here as I am an insomniac but when I dream it is very vivid.

I have morbid dreams 90% of the time at least. Anymore I get worried when I don't have one.

One of the best is I went on a rampage with my broadsword across my college campus. I was wearing only my kilt and was painted blue from the waiste up. By the end of the day I was covered in blood and was sitting at a dinner table with my old roomates head as a center piece.

I've had some other really graphic ones just that one is the best.

As for the cause I can only guess it is my intense hatred for my old roomate.

i dont know what morbid means but i had a dream i was having sex and the girls limbs started falling off, and then she was dead, and then i went outside into some dark alley and there were these weirdos selling peices of people on tables on the sides of the street


come to think of it i used to have alot of pretty freaky ass dreams when i was beebee

I've been getting brutally real and heinous dreams lately. My friend died and Iraq and it's sucked since then because my dreams are about him dying.
