Anyone ever do this exercise for rear delts?

hardly, but it would be good for a change in rear delt shoulder routines, it would be a good secondary exercise after a compound

i have tried it once or twice it will give you a good burn but you cant really go to heavy good excersize thought
 
The guy in the video is doing a seated high row. Normal high rows are the same motion, but you are staning up and pulling from a high pulley. I learned how to do these when I competed in the powerlifting, they are a great rear delt exercise. :bigbuck:
 
That exercise is commonly called face-pulls, isn't it?

And yes, i've done it for rear delts. I didn't like it, it hurt my biceps in a way that felt aweful.
