Im asking because the physiotherapist that I helped me said that it was quite common among bodybuilders.
The problem was that the muscles (rhomboids, infraspinatus) in the middle of my back was not getting very strong and so when I did exercises like bench press and shoulder press my back gave up and forced my traps to do "all the work" this in turn pulled my shoulder blades out of position.
I have been off for 7/8 months and hope that this shit never happens to anyone. Its fucking painfull.
