anyone else get this on CKD?

2nd time this year on CKD now,

and both times, about a week or so into it, started getting a sore throat, felt constantly thirsty, no matter how much I drank, and overall just crappy.

the thing that really makes me wonder is the sore thoat. I just don't get it.

the first time I got a really bad cold, and went off the diet....if it's gonna happen again, I am switching fucking diets.

I'm really cranky right now.....

I felt a little (and I mean just the slightest) run down after my first week.

However I did not suffer any sickness what-so-ever.

I felt that way the first three days, but then it went away, even the constant thirst.

I've always gotten the constant, seemingly unquenchable thirst after a high-fat meal on a keto diet. Diabetes insipidus seems to fit: http://health.yahoo.com/health/encyclopedia/000377/0.html

I'm on my 12th day right now. My throat has felt scratchy for about 3 days. Not like a regular sore throat. It's hard to describe. The my mouth tastes like ass 24 hours a day and even water seems to have a gross taste.

Not going off, though. I've gone from 201 to 188 in 12 days and i'm loving this diet at this point.

yeah same here....a wierd sore throat.....

however, it was also accompanied by head congestion all day today, and what seems to be a bad allergy attack.....

and my teeth hurt! Like I should be gnawing on a chew toy or something....

so, screw this....I just went and got a can of V8, some sourpatch kids, and a cup of Ramen ...gotta love corporate vending machines....

I've never felt this bad on a CKD, I'm afraid I'm getting sick again.

I guess I'm gonna have to resort to cardio...

I got a sore throat too. Not sure why, felt crappy for about 3 days, but after that I felt great. I'm not sure if it was related to the diet, b/c it was cold and rainy down here all that week, and I did cardio out in the weather...
