Anyone else fighting a shoulder injury?

As a response to deteras1. I have a fond understanding that one should not stretch in between sets. Once the muscle is already warmed up, stretching would only promote over lengthening of a muscle thus, injury. IMHEO

Wow, where did you hear that? I've never heard that before. Interesting point.

I don't think this is true. You have to stretch. I read that it promotes muscle growth to stretch in between sets.
