My diet is quite good. eating mostly eastern style food, with xtra proteinshakes. 6 meals a day..... Been a little slippery the last few days because of a certain festival I attended. But def all back on track tomorrow.
And yeah, one eating day a week...I eat what ever I desire within a range of 4 hours..
I've been doing a lot of research on the Thyroid gland and the effects that certain steroids have on it as well as the effects of T3 and T4 supplementation.
What you guys are describing are some rather common side effects of "Hyperthyroidism" which is pretty much an unregulated or over-secretion of different thyroid hormones. There are a few different types of Hyperthyroidism depending on what thyroid hormone is being overproduced. Their is a condition known as "Serum Sickness" that is is your bodies reaction to the injection of a foreign protien based substance....it usually happens with certain virus vaccinations or snake bite serums. The symptoms of Serum Sickness are fatigue, stomach problems, and swelling in certain places in the body..usually the throat.
Some Thyroid drugs (such as Cytomel (T3) which are given to patients with Hypothyroidism (those with a thyroid that doesn't produce enough thyroid hormones) taken in too large of a dosage can induce a state of "Hyperthyroidism" which is the overproduction of certain thyroid hormones. By taking medication intended for people with "Hypothyroidism" you are placing yourself in a temporary state of Hyperthyroidism.....which carries all of the side effects many people feel when they take T3. The shitty feeling your having from T3 is really "Serum Sickness-like" symptoms...that are a result of adding a foreign substance to your body (T3) which your body is having a reaction to. The only cure for this is to lower your dosages bro...listen to your body...it knows when its had to much. If your taking 75mcg of T3 and want to get rid of the fatigue and stomach sickess...lower your dosages....and mabye even add Clen. A T3 and Clen combination can work wonders...and the T3 is much more effective with Clen then taking either of them alone. I hoped that helped bros....do some research on your thyroid before you start messing with it.....you can do it safely if you know what your doing....i've found that I need no more than 50mcg of T3 and 100mcg of Clen as an effective fat burning method...and its probably a hell of a lot safter than taking 100mcg of T3.....even if you do taper it up and down.
I never really had any sides on t3. With a mod carb, high protein diet, consisting of cals roughly 7-800 under maintenance I was losing at least a pound every 3 days with scattered cardio - by far no hardcore cardio. Not sure if any of that was muscle, but crude tape measurements show no drastic size loss.
Beware a rebound when finished. I rebounded a bit and it took about a month for the "feel" of my metabo to get back to previous state. I've been off t3 for 7 weeks so far. Getting it tested in 3 and if all good along with blood, I'm jumping on it again. IT was some good stuff IMO.
