I watched this the other night, it deals with tweakers starring John Leguizamo, Jason Swchartzman, Micky Rourke, Mena Suvari...

I recommend this movie to some but not all, I enjoyed it. Similar to Salton Sea with val kilmer in a way but with alot more disturbing realism. Like Requiem for a Dream it left me with some things to think about when it was over and that to me signals a good movie.
