Anyone done 2 weeker with winny/Dbol?

I know a lot of you are oral haters, and a cycle like this might look strange. But, I would like to know if anyone ever done a short cycle using both Dbol and Winny.

I've done a few short cycles before, with everything from test prop to tren och dbol. I've also tried dbol only for 2 weeks at 100mg, and it worked better than excpected. I like short cycles, and I recover like a sharm from them.

Now, anyone tried Winny with Dbol at the same time, results?

Instead of using dbol only I thought dbol + winny, but what doses would you recommend? I thought 30mg dbol 30mg winny for 2 weeks + Test Prop 100mg EOD.

just do the dbol and winny 50-75mg ed for the dbol and 50mg ed for the winny. nothing wrong with a 2wk cycle if you know how to make it work. ive done it and gained.

why so short? why not test prop for 6-8 weeks?

to the few lbs at most. that is not true. i had a few 2wk blasts that got me 8-10 lbs and for the second part 6-8 wk cycles need long off times (which is fine) short cycles need shorter off times. this actually makes it easier to keep gains.
 
Why do people want to do short cycles anyways?When i used to take juice i never wanted to come off 10-12 weeks min.
 
I think the 2 mixed together contradict each other. And for 2 weeks i really couldint see anything worth value coming out of it.

well those 8-10 lbs lean muscle or the combo of muscle, water and some fat?? I am talking about pure awesome lean muscle :)

obviously both and it would depend on the compounds to. with test susp and tren susp im going to say about 6lbs of kept muscle since tren puts the fat at a -.

argue it all you want. that doesnt change the fact that it can be done and it can also be made more effective than a long cycle. look at is as an amount gained in 1 year. how many short cycles can you run and how many long cycles can you run? if you do it right you will get a huge gain in the first couple wks then you get off passing up the minimal gains that follow for the next 6 wks so you can recover quick and run another. its just better. have you tried both knowing how to do it, or are you against it because some other people say long is better?

I have only done 1 cycle so I am a very unexperienced newb when it comes to cycling.
I wouldn;t mind doing both at some point once I am ready and have the funds.

test tren is definately more effective than dbol winny but the concept is the same. dbol winny will be a walk in the park for recovery. test tren is not so simple.

its all in the balance and gains over time. if running 3 8 wk cycles gets you 20lbs in a year and running 8 2wk cycles gets you 30 lbs plus you have to consider tim on and time off it looks like the 8 2wk cycles would be better. this is just an off the top of my head set of numbers but this is pretty much the way it goes for me. i also find a lot of others who use this method or similar.

and i dont mean arguing in a bad way arguing and debating = same thing. :spin:

my to the point aproach sometimes gives a negative impression but i dont mean it that way.
 
4-6 weeks blast and cruise........Why bother coming off if your going to jump back on with out much recovery time, you BL will be jumping all over the place.
 
when you do a long cycle your levels go way out of wack and take a long time to go back to normal. when you do a 2 wk cycle your levels dont get to bad and they bounce back quickly. keeping all of your levels all screwed up for a long time is worst.
 
I always say, if it works for you thats all what counts. I run 2 cycles a year..bulking and a cutting and cruise inbetween. For my bulking i keep it to long esters, test/deca and d-bol or prop for my kicker, i run it for 12-14weeks. For my cutter all fast acting..except for the test i use a base...Tren/mast/winny switching them up 4-6 weeks and ending the cycle around the 12th week.

exactly. theres pro's and cons to both. whatever works best for you is the way to go.
 
I came off a short 4 week cycle about 4 weeks ago with winny oral/dbol.

This was my first cycle in 4 years and had just started lifting weights and dieting again 6 weeks prior the cycle to get back into building muscle.

Gains for me were great at 60 dbol split 6 * 10mg/day and 70-80 mg winstrol / day split 2 * half am half pm. (winny taken less than 70mg day didnt seem to work as well for me with dbol 60 mg day, definetly more winny felt a lot better).

Dbol and winstrol taken 1.5 hr before training at night and one dbol basically every 3 hours. last dbol at 9pm b4 bed.

I am now 3 weeks out finishing pct still taking ZMA and stronger than when I started pct/finished the cycle. felt like my test bounced back in about 1 week. All my lifts went up about 50% at least since b4 the cycle.

I actually lost fat and gained lean mass 119 kg - 122kg (after water came off). lost 2 inches around my waist and look leaner more definition. So i estimate about a total of 6-8 kg muscle gained give or take. I think the winstrol helped with bloat as it was only noticble to me very slightly at times (low carb diet helped here for me as well im sure).

I think there is synergy between the two as I felt much better/stronger than just dbol. My diet and training were nailed 100% tho. And to be honest, I got more results than I hoped or expected.

strength gains on upper body on cycle was aroud 20lb up per week from week 2 onwards per compund movement exercise. legs and back gains were insane.

Used sAME @ 1200mg/day (pronounced sammy i think) for liv protection, drank tons of water zero alcohol, had 350+gm protein /day all spead out and slept as much as I could (dbol actually helped to sleep after 2 weeks as it made me sleepy at times, in the beginning week was hard to sleep from the dbol+some night sweats).

First week bp a lil high but settled down after that no gyno liver fine.

These type of gains whilst loosing fat and almost no sides...I was happy for my first 4 weeker back as a pig in s**t.
