Anyone done 2 weeker with winny/Dbol?

4-6 weeks blast and cruise........Why bother coming off if your going to jump back on with out much recovery time, you BL will be jumping all over the place.
 
when you do a long cycle your levels go way out of wack and take a long time to go back to normal. when you do a 2 wk cycle your levels dont get to bad and they bounce back quickly. keeping all of your levels all screwed up for a long time is worst.
 
I always say, if it works for you thats all what counts. I run 2 cycles a year..bulking and a cutting and cruise inbetween. For my bulking i keep it to long esters, test/deca and d-bol or prop for my kicker, i run it for 12-14weeks. For my cutter all fast acting..except for the test i use a base...Tren/mast/winny switching them up 4-6 weeks and ending the cycle around the 12th week.

exactly. theres pro's and cons to both. whatever works best for you is the way to go.
 
I came off a short 4 week cycle about 4 weeks ago with winny oral/dbol.

This was my first cycle in 4 years and had just started lifting weights and dieting again 6 weeks prior the cycle to get back into building muscle.

Gains for me were great at 60 dbol split 6 * 10mg/day and 70-80 mg winstrol / day split 2 * half am half pm. (winny taken less than 70mg day didnt seem to work as well for me with dbol 60 mg day, definetly more winny felt a lot better).

Dbol and winstrol taken 1.5 hr before training at night and one dbol basically every 3 hours. last dbol at 9pm b4 bed.

I am now 3 weeks out finishing pct still taking ZMA and stronger than when I started pct/finished the cycle. felt like my test bounced back in about 1 week. All my lifts went up about 50% at least since b4 the cycle.

I actually lost fat and gained lean mass 119 kg - 122kg (after water came off). lost 2 inches around my waist and look leaner more definition. So i estimate about a total of 6-8 kg muscle gained give or take. I think the winstrol helped with bloat as it was only noticble to me very slightly at times (low carb diet helped here for me as well im sure).

I think there is synergy between the two as I felt much better/stronger than just dbol. My diet and training were nailed 100% tho. And to be honest, I got more results than I hoped or expected.

strength gains on upper body on cycle was aroud 20lb up per week from week 2 onwards per compund movement exercise. legs and back gains were insane.

Used sAME @ 1200mg/day (pronounced sammy i think) for liv protection, drank tons of water zero alcohol, had 350+gm protein /day all spead out and slept as much as I could (dbol actually helped to sleep after 2 weeks as it made me sleepy at times, in the beginning week was hard to sleep from the dbol+some night sweats).

First week bp a lil high but settled down after that no gyno liver fine.

These type of gains whilst loosing fat and almost no sides...I was happy for my first 4 weeker back as a pig in s**t.
