Anyone doing DC training?

I have been for a few months now. Am currently finishing my 2nd cruise phase.

Lifts are up. Weight is up 10 lbs. Look thicker through chest, arms, back, and legs.

Loving the program so far.

My only problem is gettin in enough calories while working. I bring enough with me, but it's hard to break away from customers at times to go eat. Summer is going to make this even tougher. I try to keep something around like a bar or trail mix at all times for when I can't get away. Just grab a bite or a handful.

Anyone else? Progress?

I have wanted to try this type of training for a while. Do you use a full 8 second eccentric on all lifts like Dante prescribes? That is the one thing that scares me away from the program.

The slow negative was the old way of doing it. The program had changed a bit since the 8 second eccentric phase.
For getting in enough calories i don't even count the numbers. I tried it once and it drove me bananas :p
I just try to get in at least 3 to 400 grams of protein and eat every two to three hours. I tend to be carb sensitive so i try to get 2 to 300 grams of carbs on training days; most from oats and waximaize. I think if you are growing and getting stronger than your diet should progressivly increase in calories as your weight goes up.
Every body is different so you might have to play aroung with fat and carbs to get the calories you need

try having more shakes during the day. can't see a custom minding if you have something to drink during a meeting or whatever

Doesn't need to be 8 seconds. Just needs to be a slow enough negative and controlled that you could stop at any point. Mine are about 4-5 seconds on most lifts.

I just stopped doing it. I really like it but I don't eat enough and I'm training natural so the recovery wasn't what it could be. I'd also like to actually be trained by one of the approved guys but I don't have the money. DC training is no joke though it's ridiculously taxing but you can make some insane gains.

I love/hate widow makers. Can't walk after a set of those. At least not without people looking at you funny.

Legs r the worst for these. I immediately collapse and lay on the floor for about 2 minutes b4 i can even think about getting some water.
