I mean seriously dance. any hardsteppers, poppers, housers, swing dancers, breakdancers, ballroomdancers? do any of you guys and gals dance? and I dont mean the club shoulder shrug dance either or the get your freak on dance. real dancing skills. anyone? I can house, kind of pop, but I am really trying to improve on my housing skills. nu skool b-boy here. no breaking for me doe, joints all jacked up

I have to disagree, bro. The clubs I go to are pretty hi energy, and some of the dancers use a lot of power moves, especially the breakers. When I walk out of the club, I usually have sore calves and am dripping with sweat. And a celly full of phone numbers
Dancing is an excellent form of cardio, but to each there own opinion.
