Anyone cutting??

Im up as well, but bf is dropping......could be a host of things including watrer retention
 
cut my carbs by 15% yesterday. which was roughly 80g. So, its gonna be interesting to see what happends now.

Since i started ever so slowly this has happend:

- gained 2kgs
- gained 2cm om my quads
- gained 0,5cm on my arms
- lost 1cm on my waist

And its forst now im really getting into it.
 
Believe it or not...Im up to 218(bf = 11% again)......the only supplement I am on right now is a new prohormone stack from Ergopharm.....Im not even on creatine....strength is thru the roof
(95 pound incline db presses for 12 reps)....insane pumps.


I dramatically increased healthy fats and have kept protein and carbs moderate

What stack is that? I'm finishing off some 6-oxo after a cycle.

3 caps of 1-AD and 3 caps pf Norandrodiol per day...I am about to drop the nor and add some 4 Androdiol to the mix

Just so you know, in "Van Helsing," the Frankenstein monster was said to be around 360lbs at a height of 8.5 to 9 feet tall. I'm not sure which of the grippers he's able to close, but you can bet it's one of the tougher ones.

Starting cutting a week ago. Already abs look leaner. In 12 weeks I will be leaner than brad pitt in fight club. Boo ya

how tall are you? you would seem pretty beefy at those stats. i guess your avatar is not representative of those stats either?
 
Yeah. I'm fixing to cut a piece of pumpkin pie. As long as I run twice a week, I can eat a lot of food.
 
I've been eating mostly meals that consist of 1,000 kcals each for a while. Feeling a little fatter and much better:)

im eating a snickers bar right now. on a brighter note i am slamming down a myoplex along side of it. a nice little anabolic combo eh?
 
yeah i have been cutting for months. my bf has halved, havnt lost toooooooo much muscle (ok i lost some, dammit) but hey, when youre natural, thats the way it goes

One day you are 185lbs at 7 %, anothetr day you are 200Lbs at 10%, your weight seems to fluctuate a lot which is surprising think you need some accurate scales or to stop weighing yourself everyday
 
Alright you fuckers.... I am really going to TRY to cut up. For me, this means I have to eat... Been doing "ok" with that.

Started CKD yesterday. Last time, I went from 213 to a low of 178 in about 4 months or so. This time i'm starting out around 190. I think my bodyfat is about 92%, so i'm looking to improve on that a little.

I'm already sick of meat, cheese and ranch dressing.
