My manager is a cross between a fussy headmistress and nagging mother Why o why do managers:
1) Get wound up over PETTY things and don't bother with the IMPORTANT issues within the company they work for?
2) Why do they show BLATANT favourtism towards workers who are no better at the job than me and let them get away with murder?
3) Why do they not bother with people who take the piss regarding sick days yet when I have a very rare once yearly day off sick I'm questioned about it?
4) Why do the slackers/moaners often more likely to get apay rise/treated better?
Just don't understand managers, they really do my head in.....
