Anybody tried Electrolysis?

I've tried laser on my upper arm hair (hair on up from the elbow), delts, shoulders, and a portion of my back and neck with no results. I've had 25 treatments..and have even had laser induced hair growth on regions such as my shoulders. So needless to say, I'm going to go to a different route. I've been to an endocrinologist and everything comes out fine so I was going to do electrolysis on these areas. So has anybody tried electrolysis and had good results? I think I'd have to go a year or so to get total clearance, but then after that it'd actually be gone for good instead of temporary.

shave it once a month and make sweaters.
