anybody tried a dbol only cycle?

Always worked well for me too. Kept almost everything but the water weight.

FYI - there's some 'opinions' that get a consensus built on a board like this and it ends up looking more like 'fact' when everyone starts quoting it. The "Deca Sucks" one is another running around. No drug is perfect but dbol, test, and deca were the mass building choices for years with good reason.

my friend has done 2 dbol cycles that lasted 6 weeks each in duration. Kept most of his gains. only used 25mg a day and gained a total of 34lbs or so. it works, just get some nolva and clomid.

Excellent post Madcow1, maybe you should make it a thread here all by it self. My cycles are usually Testoviron depot and d/ball, and they work. My present cycle was Testoviron depot and D/ball, Just recently dropped the d/ball for primo.
But yeah, MadCow is dead on the mark there.

Actually, The reason for why not to use Dianabol alone due to the nature of this compound is actually only a weak agonist of the Androgen Receptors, with poor binding rate. It follows, then, that its value must come from non-AR-mediated effects. Since it is not very effective in activating Androgen Receptors, it should be stacked with an Androgenic Steroid from Class I as an example that is effective in that regard, as Deca-durabolin, Primobolan, Equipoise ... which are very effective at the androgen receptor of muscle tissue and binds better

e.g Dianabol alone has the problem that it does not bind the AR very well. Apparently though, it is very good in at least some non-AR-mediated effects. In contrast, nandrolone binds the AR very well, but apparently it is ineffective in most or all non-AR-mediated activities. If the two drugs are combined, the effect will be synergistic, since they complement one another. Not only does theory predict this, but it is observed
