Now I hear cells phone joined the "brain hole" club.

no no no, everybody knows smack should be taken right before bed...what the hell is wrong with you...your gonna hurt somebody

It's true, I apologize. I misread MM2k, it did say "before" bed. I hope my advise caused no muscle atrophy.

I read that if it is done more than once every two weeks it put's holes in your brain:(
that's complete nonsense.I have read more books in the last three years than in my life, and even took a couple of university courses (for the fun of it) physics and computer science, it seems to have removed my ADD, and allows me to emerse myself into learning, with a passion i have never felt before.
there's a pile of research suggesting ketamine to be beneficial to mental health when done correctly.
unfortunately there's not alot of research that determines long term negative health effects, baring bladder problems that only seem to effect certain people, who use ridiculous amounts every day for years..
with that said, I have used ketamine for the last three years, I prefer it to anything else when it comes to a social lubricant, mind expansion is always a good thing. i have suffered no aggression or mood swings, it gives me an almost zen state which lasts for days.
before i started getting back into a physical routine I did notice some atrophy from lack of exercise, and some issues with inflammation of the gall bladder, but once i started to hit the gym it all went away.
since i am 42 years old, i decided to do some hrt, then i really noticed the benefits, the relaxation it gives me after a workout seems to be aiding in muscle recovery times, and i am making progress even faster than when i was in my 20s
not to mention i seem to still have my balls, and i know i'm getting good gear because it's from the doctor. still have some back acne though.
I've been to the doctor and everything is better than normal, blood pressure is normal for someone 10years younger than me, my heart is in perfect shape, and all my blood levels are great.
disclaimer:, this is just my case, and the doctor is baffled, I tried goggling what the cost/benefits were and it brought me here, so i thought i would share my personal experience, since there doesn't seem to be any other info out there.

I guess I am a guinea pig as for now, but im 42 years old and feeling great, on hrt and at peace with my self.

the one problem i have had with steroids in the past, were having to deal with hormone levels and moods, this seems to have solved the problem for me.
i use it responsibly and therapeutically however, and very aware of its abuse potential.

there seems to be a social stigma in the fitness community, hypocrisy really, booze is probably the worst thing you can do to your body, cocaine is deadly when done with roids, and so is heroin. weed seems to be fairly benign.
so take this as you will with a grain of salt, i could just be a freak case, but i believe others out there may be able to enjoy the same benefits with a little more research.
