A good dose is 1-2cc/Day split up through out the day and take it orally...I personally would not inject that stuff into myself

All refb is 25mg/ml it is slightly underdosed so go heavy. Its one of the best value son the market if your strapped for cash. Good stuff. DRINK ONLY!
