I know that a lot of folks onthe chat room don't work out. DO a search on rsnoble. Like 2k post just in chat, not one on the anabolic, diet, fitness board. WTF this is a fitness board. Everyone post their pics and we can settle this once and for all. Mine are posted, (search) now post your pic and prove you work out!!!!!!!
