good one smalls...this has become a huge problem with males...once it was only women who we worried about with BD. But these days men have become troubled by this disorder.
Understand this, I use to weigh 140 at 5'10 age 19...im 25 now 195 pounds at a lean 8 % bf with no AS history to date. Many times I think im small, I have a very tiny frame with smalls bones, through intense workouts I have been able to stake lean muscel on it. But I will never reach what is considered "huge" without AS use at somepoint, and even then 220 will look small compared to 260.
Keep in mind this site is called ELITE for a reason, we are the elite. Something like half the country is overweight, but we spend most of our time in gyms around other bodybuilders. Im sure Cutler feels small next to Coleman...learn to be happy with your body if you can, im still working at it.
Also on a sidenote why is the Mens Health body put down so much...is this sport all about size? For most of us it is, but I was just wondering because it seems a nice symetric ripped body is put down on elite alot.
