Anybody ever tried to get pins in DC, MD, or VA?

I just want one 1cc pin for measuring stuff out, wondering what the rules are in each of the three jurisdictions.

Getpinz should be fine in any state. If they will ship the product (ie shipping information) to a state then it is ok to receive the goods. Good luck and be safe.
