Anybody a food server??

I was just wondering if anybody else out there works in a restaurant, waiting tables and if so how you deal with fucked up customers while on a cycle? I'm just about to start my next cycle and have only been a server for a week. I don't quite know how I'll react when somebody decides to bitch about something that wasn't my fault...f*ck it even if it was my fault.
