Hey all,
Does anyone here by any chance know what countries buying gear over the country is legal in?
The reason I ask is because <i have been travelling all through central America, - Guatamala, Nicaragua, and I am now currently in Costa Rica. After here I plan on heading into Panama and would like to take back a little present with me, if it can be bought there. I dont think that its as easy as walking in and buying whatever you want. I tried doing a lot of searching about buying gear OTC in Panama and have come up with nothing.
Anyinfo would be greatly appreciated!
