Any tips to make testen shots easier?

I am using testen 250 made by B.M Pharm India, it is same company who makes painfull Sustaretard too. It hurts like hell and makes injection spot red and swollen. The first shot was to right guad and it was hard to walk next few days. Second shot was to bicep, no i cant do anything with my arm. I dont have other injectables on this cycle, so i cant mix it with anything. Would heating syringe before shooting help?

i'm using testen aswell and compared to durateston(sust) and ttokyo cyp it is painless. i'm doing glute shots and i run the vial under hot water to make it easier to draw, (i'm using 23 gauge) and i heat the syringe under tap water before using, so give it a try maybe that's why they don't hurt so much.

Warm the vial and the syringe after withdrawing under hot water.

I injected to guad again yesterday. I warmed up syring on with water and now there is no pain, knock on the wood.

i have been using testen 250 for 2 weeks now. i have only taken glute shots so far. i am a bit worried though because i don't seem to feel this pain that everyone talks about.
