bro in my humble opinion deca is best used at 600, some use 400 and do fine, but for me 600 i get the best effect. i just put on 20 with deca at that dose for 12 weeks loved it. can't wait to do my next
Here's the cycle as it's going to be for now.
If I find it necessary to up the Sust, I'll adjust it to 500mg/ew along the way.
I started it tuesday this week, so I'll keep you posted on how it goes
