any thoughts on stretching on a cycle?

Stretch after you and certain that core temperature has been elevated and the proper blood flow established.

for me this means after cardio or a cardio warm up.

I'm also interested. If my goal is to gain some muscle over the summer, while staying/ or getting more flexible, (on cycle or natty), can this be done with lots of stretching? Sport specific and general stretching? I guess the small amount of muscle gain, is only a concern for me in my competitive golf for the summer time. Thanks in advance.

Hell, just look at the NFL. Those guys are JACKED and flexible as gymnasts.
