I'm also interested. If my goal is to gain some muscle over the summer, while staying/ or getting more flexible, (on cycle or natty), can this be done with lots of stretching? Sport specific and general stretching? I guess the small amount of muscle gain, is only a concern for me in my competitive golf for the summer time. Thanks in advance.
