whats up, i am currently 6'3 210 with about 9-10 percent body fat i train with weights four days a week and run 3 days a week and want to get some more results in the gym. i am an exercise science major and have some knowledge in this area. i used to be big on supplements and take a lot but for the last 3 or 4 years i have been taking a minimal amount of supplemnts and really don't know whats out there anymore. now i know the most important thing for growth is diet and i have a good diet usually getting any were from 3000 to 3500 cals a day with 50% from carbs 30% from protein and 20% from fats. i am slowly gaining some weight and i know it's a slow process and i know theres no miracle pill but i was wandering if there are any good quality supplemnts out there for gaining some mass and strength?

currently i am taking:

creagain from ecercies nutrition
maximum protein from ecercies nutrion
l- glutamin powder
a multi vitamin
CLA
and Muscle Strength from Advocare

my post workout meal conist of:
2 scoops of maximum protein ( 44 grams of whey protein)
1 scoop of creagain ( 10 grams of creatine 3 grams of glutamine etc..)
1 scoop of L-glutamine (5 grams)
2 packages of regular oatmeal

i am also very skeptical and cautious about the supplements i take so i like to know they are safe with no side affects and worth my money

L-Ornithine.

L-Arginine.

Higher Calories.

And you're taking HMB? No offense intended but you need to get in your Delorean and timetravel to the present. HMB is usually regarded as a "fake" supplement. Glutamine has also been taken aboard the pain train recently as well.

Drop the glutamine. Drop the HMB. Go with those first three things.

My opinion of course!

what is L-Ornithine. and y is it benefitial? and how much of that and l-arginine should be taken a day? and when?
