hi, just wonderin if im wastin my time doin this or any supplements you can advise for losing the bit of fat i have on my stomach.

im training six times a week on weights which i have for some time, and im always wanting to build muscle. but i've just started adding in cardio so as to lose the little fat i have...am i wasting my time if i'm just eating as normal (mainly protein)... whats the best way for me to strip the fat? i dont want to calm down my weight training at all.

anyone got any comments on ephredrine?

thanks

Ephedrine + caffeine works. There are some risks, but depending who you ask, they're not widespread. But you should know what you're doing before you put anything in your body.

Want to lose fat? Eat less. It's actually very simple. Try keeping everything else the same, and knock out some of your carbs. You'll be fine, so long as you don't do anything drastic. Don't do something stupid like cut your cals in half.

Diet, cardio and a fatburner such as trex. The fat around the stomach is usually the las t to come off for a male. There is no such thing as spot reduction, so you have to get your bodyfat lower for the belly fat to come off.

count your calories. that will make the biggest improvement in your physique. (taken from someone who has before but needs to get back on track...)

You're lifting weights 6 times a week? What does your training look like in a typical week and what's a typical day's diet look like?

train 3days on, one off, one on, one off and start again. each body part about every six days. my training's good. diet start with weetabix & a shake, tins of tuna, meat sandwiches, chicken and rice, fish, steak occasionally, pasta

Usually if im' trying to cut down I would stop eating any Carbs(rice, potatoes, pasta, bread, etc.) around 3 PM. I would still keep my protein intake high (eg 1g for every pound of your weight). Othertimes when i want to cut down in a hurry i would elimenate Carbs alltogether; have high protein and low fats - some say this is not too good for the body but it gives you quick results.

Cardio atleast 3 times a week is essential; for best results do it in the morning at an empty stomach.

ECA(Ephedrine, Caffine, Asprin) stack is also very helpful.
