any suggestions on 1st cycle with this.....

Im 25 6'2 165 very lean mabey 5to8% body fat
I work out 5 times a week 3days upper 2 days lower

my goals are to gain some weight (roughly 30 pds) and get more ripped up. Ive tried protein drinks creatin and extensive working out all to make minimal gains.

I've been working out for about 2 years now.
ok this is what i have all of which are tabs

24X50mg clomid
100x5mg dianabol
100x10mg turanabol ot
100x10mg winstrol

Now Im wondering what would be the best to start out with, and if I should stack any of this or just run say the dianabol alone for the 1st few weeks or altogether. Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS

ok bro I am here lets have a talk.....first wtf with the all orals...it can be don but its the worst thing for you gains are not that great and hard to keep...

way to much gear on hand for your first cycle any way bro..

500mg 10 weeks of test is what you want.judging by what you want its just what you need to...

then you can keep all you have now and use it for you second cycle....
 
cool deal, yea the oral thing is a 1st tymers kinda nerve binding thing, i really cant stand needles but i also want results

just do it bro...you want results its what you need.take the plunge.its not that hard.
 
I went through that to bro. I was a wimp and my first 3 or 4 shots I had a friend do it. Like he said test 500mgs and maybe 25mgs dbol. Pretty much same advice everyone gets for first cycle. Good Luck!!

yeah man if your 6'2" at 165 and have been lifting for two years, you either arent eating enough or arent lifing hard enough. im only 5'9' and the first summer i started lifting i jumped 20lbs by just eating like a horse and lifting like crazy. before i even thought about gear i got to 185lbs.

but a test only cycle is what you are looking for, maybe some d-bol like previously said. i was scrared of needles at first, but after the first one its no big deal

bros, i work offshore, food is free, i eat 4 eggs for breakfast, nothing but meat and vegies for lunch, the same for dinner, i am taking creatine right now this is my 1st week again, and im drinking a shake of muscle milk everyday between lunch and dinner, if im still up around midnight, i eat a full midnight meal, hey, when food is free, eat it up right ? , so i know it has nothing to do with eating, all my family are big folks, i just so happem to fall into that lean class for some reason, ive been told every possible thing, you dont eat enough, you dont work out hard enough, im about as cut as a boxer, and i eat more than these 300 pounders around here, like i said, i doubt if im more than 5% body fat, my motabolism runs like the mississippi river, thats why im trying a cycle
Now do I have to go with the test for a first cycle or can i just stick with the d-bol and run it at a good mid-dosage like 20-30 mg ed? Now i also have clomid so whats a good time to start PCT? Right away or into the end?

bro, still not enough food, you have to eat every 2-3 hours. shakes are ok but never use in place of food. a shake before bed is an idea also. never dbol only cycle you WILL loose all gains you make. stick with an inject test for your first run. start your P`C`T 2 weeks after your last shot of test with clomid at 50mg ED for 20-30 days. but eat more brother

Agreed. At 6'2 165 you only think you are eating enough. It's not enough, and when on the test you'll need to eat even more. 6'2 165, you better be cut, i don't think your diet and training are up to par yet.
 
It's almost physiologically impossible to not be able to gain weight fro meating enough unless you have a serious thyroid issue.

Gotta eat more. If you start upping your calorie intake you will get stronger and bigger.
 
I'd say you are far from your potential. Get your diet right and eat, eat, eat and keep lifting, you will grow just by eating

Here's the test.
Add up your cal intake throughout the day, if it is more than 5000 then I will beleive you.
Most people don't understand what it takes to that kind of caloric level while eating clean.

Gotta agree bro, need to eat more and put it on natural b4 anything else.....

trust me bro I am in the same exact boat as you, I have to eat almost twice as much as some bro's to put on weight.. It has its plus side though so dont feel to bad about it,, we can have a lot more cheat meals with no added b/f which is a big deal when you eat real clean for a while.....

If i am trying to bulk, I will eat about every 2 hours breakfast would look like this----- 4 whole eggs-- 4 egg whites -- whole wheat toast-- whole grain oatmeal--- probably cranberry juice--- then about an hour later a protien drink even b4 my next meal...

We being hard gainers can also eat more pasta, then most,,, grill some chicken, cut it up and mix it in pasta noodles -- throw in some veggies and put a little fat free low sodium itialin dressing over the top..... Now you have an easy to travel with, cal. dense snack -- make a lot it will stay good in fridge for about a week...

eat, lift, then eat eat eat..... if you wake up at 7am and go to bed at 9pm thats 14 hrs-- you need to eat about 7 meals... they all do not have to be huge,, but need protien and carbs..

PM me if you want a few easy cheap meals you can make in bulk, then try to get up too 190 195 lbs b4 you think of using anything,, its hard, but it can be done bro....

only 3 meals a day lol bro you need to add like 4 more meals to that.
