Any steroid/supp for Gyno?

Excuse the karma hits I'm a pain here to some folks. lol

You should worry about losing muscle size and strength, your goal is to lose that damn gyno.

So shall it be? Surgery, compression bras, fat-free diets, clomid, and tamoxifen, or try a fast?

Anyway, fasting ain't for some people and kiss muscle and strength goodbye when you start on a fast. The sweet thing about the fasting, your blood, your brain, your organs, your skin, and your muscles will be cleansed of toxins. When you are ready to get back to the gym, your body will be stronger than before and gains will be much more effective because your body has no interference and this allows for maximum uptake of nutrients to supply fuel for your muscles. Recovery periods will be cut in half. And that gyno should be non-existent.

Sounds worth it to me. How long would you suggest for fasting? I'm definitely going to give it a shot and start doing a lot of cardio work.
 
I call bullshit.

Ghandi went 21 days and almost fucking died.

Going more than 2 weeks without a food source throws your body into shock, and leaves you prone to several problems, namely accute mydocardial infarction.

The human body cannot withstand extended periods of starvation without organs shutting down. Your kidneys dump toxins into your blood and you die from your own body's poison.



Did you forget you were on a fitness forum where people study nutrition and the human body?

I had a lot to do with those lol

Same guy says he runs a gram per week for 7 years straight without any issues, including gyno.

Then, two months later he's giving advice on how he beat gyno...

Now, which is it?
 
You dont literally eat nothing. You drink lots of water and eats very light fresh organic fruits and vegetables. Im talkin runnin on empty. My father does this from time to time. Works wonders if you have the mind set. Some herbal supplemenrs may assist.

correct but thats not what he said.. he said he didn't have a single morsel which means to me he ate nothing at all.

i have friends who are endurance athletes who will go a full day without food except for some veggies, that is something totally different then what that guy said
 
Really?? Fasting will do nothing to reduce your gyno... Fatty tissue maybe but not actual gyno.
You start fasting and doing lots of cardio your going to look like gandhi with boobies. Gyno is a hormonal issue, so that's how you handle it. Anti e's, serms, and Masteron may help, plenty of info here for strategies
