You should worry about losing muscle size and strength, your goal is to lose that damn gyno.
So shall it be? Surgery, compression bras, fat-free diets, clomid, and tamoxifen, or try a fast?
Anyway, fasting ain't for some people and kiss muscle and strength goodbye when you start on a fast. The sweet thing about the fasting, your blood, your brain, your organs, your skin, and your muscles will be cleansed of toxins. When you are ready to get back to the gym, your body will be stronger than before and gains will be much more effective because your body has no interference and this allows for maximum uptake of nutrients to supply fuel for your muscles. Recovery periods will be cut in half. And that gyno should be non-existent.
Sounds worth it to me. How long would you suggest for fasting? I'm definitely going to give it a shot and start doing a lot of cardio work.
