any relation between bodyhair, acne and test?

Would it be safe to say an individual with alot of bodyhair, acne,
or someone who balds quickly, has a tempterment etc. has a higher level of testosterone?

Yes, you are rigth about DHT. I have had symptoms of low test levels for yrs. But, my family Dr. said I can't have low test, bc I have bodyhair and MPB. Then, I went to a HRT specialist and he said that doesnt mean shit. He had me tested and I was my test was low!!!!!!!!!So, I started HRT now I'm starting to feel alot better.
