Any reason why I get headaches from CLA

I have used it derived from safflower seed oil. I would take 3 grams a day of it. After 4-5 days of taking I will get a major migrane headache. WTF

Maybe you can try reducing the dosage? Also could be a reality that the CLA has nothing to do with your migraines.

cla is over-rated. Not sure why you're taking it. Haven't seen any real study of CLA that isn't in massive dosages.

I have tried taking it 4-5 times now. every time after a few days i get headaches. I have heard the same thing about the research part. then others say cla has great beniefits
