Any OTC to make me hungry/ eat?

I have not been to the doctor latley to find out but is there an over the counter to help increase my appetite? I have been trying to eat and eat but I just can't do it as much as I would like!! Someone help!!

If you want to go herbal route, you can try dandelion root (tea), Swedish bitters, and wormwood... I think Mr.X can back me up on this and even add to the list

you should be able to get those in most health food / nutrition stores... otherwise you can order them online, just like anything else
