Any opinions on any of these supplements?

GLA, CLA, Lecithin, Choline and Inositol, Glucorell-r , ALCAR, and last but not least guggulsterones.

glucorell-r (aka: R-ALA w/ biotin) is the only one I would buy... none of the others are really that worth it unless you are trying to treat something specifically (thyroid?)...

ALCAR *might* be worth it but its results seem marginal at best... you could give it a run since its usually fairly inexpensive
