Zyglamail EF MOD Moderator Platinum EF VIP Feb 1, 2002 #2 Dosage is dependent on how you respond to estrogen and what/how much AAS you are using. A good rule of thumb for high end use would be .25mg per 250mg test/wk. If money is tight or you dont care for bloat etc, go with half that dose.
