a journalist in the new york post actually stucj u for landis saying that rather then crucifying landis for juicing, we should accept that he and many of the other professional atheletes juice and basically saying it really isnt that big of a deal.

while it is nice to finally see a journalist who knows pretty much nothing about steroids, but none the less is smart enough to realize sooo many pro atheletes are using performance henacing supps...

the part that i didnt agree with however was when he said that landis could have won without the juice... i disagree there.... but it was his genetics and the juice that seperate him from the other riders who could have been on more shit, and didnt have quite as good style or genetical ability to ride a bike like a mad man :coffee:

I don't believe that juice makes someone a better athlete.
If you were a shitty hockey player before juice, you will be a shitty hockey player after.
I think it helps them with recovery and muscle growth. I bet you most of the advantage they have is mental.
I know when I go on a cycle, it could take 5 weeks before my gear kicks in yet I feel bigger and stronger after first injection.
Well, to each their own I guess.
Just my humble opinion.

i agree... hockey is different then certain sports because the pyshics of doing everything on an 8th of on an inch of steel... can give one person a def balance over another if u know how to skate....

that being said it def helps with recovery and would give players the edge to truck on hard the last month or so of the season when everyone else is hurt and injured etc.... kind of like how it would help someone at the end of a race... if u wanna draw a parallel
