any of u guys work out early in the mourning?

you guys are week.. everyday, wake up 4:32 a.m. eat 8 egg whites and oatmeal. first set at about 5:10. on the raod by 6:38-6:48. i shower at the gym. its suck sometimes when u forget like yur belt or sox and u have to go back home.. also, another good reason to work out in the EARLY am is because naturaly your body test and hgh are at peak levels early in the morning. just food for thought..

i run in the mornings and lift around 830 pm

lifting sessions are my way of finishing off the day...go home, eat two meals and then go to bed.

I have tried to train in the morning before work like 6:30 or 7am and found i am useless at that time. I cannot do cardio on an empty stomach either. Been there done that doesnt work. Earliest i train would be 8:30 or 9am and i prefer anytime between 12 and 4pm for training, these are optimal hours for me...but everyone is different.

i work 4pm to whatever.

i am (in)famous at work for saying that anything before 10 am is still last night.

so, having laid down the ground rules here...........yes, i work out early in the morning.

between 3pm to 4pm tried working out in the morning but dont feel as strong in the am. feel much stronger after ive had a few meals through the day

if i was in mourning, not sure if I could workout....although, maybe it would be a good release and distraction.

I tried working out one week after my old lady passed away.

Injured my neck doing shoulder press. It lasted for a over a month too.

Definitely not a good idea. But, then again, I have no brain.:alien:
